You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Products & Purchases

• Availability, features, and pricing may change without notice.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and verification; we may refuse, limit, or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud or regulatory restrictions).
• Taxes are calculated at checkout according to applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders for in‑stock items typically process within 1–2 business days. Shipping may require adult signature/ID verification and is limited to permitted jurisdictions. Delivery timelines vary by carrier and location; we are not responsible for delays outside our control.

You will receive tracking details once your order ships. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery as confirmed by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to cannabis regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened products. If your order is damaged or defective on arrival, email high@preroll.me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos; we will provide a replacement or refund where permitted by law.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., attempting to bypass security, scraping content, or violating applicable laws).

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs are owned by Preroll.me or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.
